Party Information

Celebrate at The O-Town Bellydance Woman’s Party!

What: Enjoy an afternoon of fun featuring a live singer, dancing with members of the Arab community, delicious appetizers and tea, along with performances from rising stars in the dance community to kick off the party.

When: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
5:00 pm doors open (buy your $25 ticket at the door)

Performances: 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Seating is first-come, first-served.

*We highly recommend arriving by 5:00 pm to avoid rush hour traffic, buy your ticket at the door, find parking, and get settled before the performers begin at 5:30 pm .

Woman’s Party Performer Information

Important Info

There will be 5 performances total. Make sure to come in costume as there is no dressing room and bathroom stalls are few. Wear a cover-up at all times when not performing the day of the party (Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025).

Performance Area Information

The venue has a small stage (roughly 16 feet wide by 10 feet deep) and a small square platform (roughly 4 ft x 4 ft) directly in front. You may also dance on the dance floor.

Lighting & Sound

Professional lighting will be provided as well as an ample sound system. Note that there will be nightclub-style lighting, not theatrical lighting. No spotlights or custom color requests will be provided.

Video and Photography

For the Saturday Women’s Party, we will not have a professional photographer or videographer. We will have a volunteer staff member taking pictures. We encourage you to ask friends and family to shoot a video of your dances that day, but please do not record anyone else.
